I have a 86 lt250r when it is at idle the clutch is rattling but when i pull in the clutch lever in it stops.What do i need to do to fix this problem?

pull off you clutch cover and check to make sure your springs are torqued correctly, also check the nut holding the clutch basket to the shaft. Sound like the springs might not be tight leaving a small gap between the plates when the clutch is out. Well at least that’s what happened to my friend’s kx when he didn’t tighten the clutch springs enough.
