Does anyone know how much trouble it would be to transfer my suzuki lt250r motor over to a z400 or a honda 400ex motor?

i was wanting to switch them out becouse i have two frames one i sold hte motor out of and was wanting to put a fourstroke in it so i could still putt around a bit but still be able to slightly mod it and run as fast as some of my buddies
