trinity racing has a 465 big bore kit. almost every company has a big bore 440kit. i wood get a bigbore, porting, oversized crank, oversized valves, aftermarket cam, bigger carb, aluminium airbox, k&n air filter, an exhaust system. ttry these companies below.
1. trinity racing.com 2.ct racing.com 3. powroll racing.com 4.alba action.com 5.pro design racing.com 6. um racing.com 7. moto-joe.com . there are a billion exhaust places. but i would stick with the company's pipe to make it match the performance. try 1,2, and 3 1st.

These guys appear to have done some serious testing:
GT Thunder
Experience with DRZ and LTZ down under indicates that cam changes whilst staying with 400cc kills midrange torque. Upgrades: Pipe, Airfilter/Carb (39 FCR), 436 kit, then cams /CDI.
