Default Drip Drip Drip goes the Zilla

Hey Fellow LT500s

My Zilla has a drinking problem!!! It spills out of the weep hole under the water pump housing.

I have taken it apart and have a new Mechanical seal for it but I can not remember if I need to use " Suzuki Bond # 1207B" or not. The new Mechanical seal has some blue goop on it all ready.

I have replaced this in the past with out the Bond but I am wondering if anyone has a better fix???

Thanks for the help
Mike

Since I've just recently rebuilt that particular part of my zilla, make sure you get all new seals, and use no bond. One important thing, make sure your new seals are in perfectly straight and seated all the way in. take it from someone who had to take it apart twice because of that very thing.
