fastest- mojave by a little but its pretty close
suspension- pretty much the same i think the mojave has a little more travel in the rear
handling- almost the same

i would get the mojave cause its the funnest of the 3 to ride, is the easiest to wheelie, it is chain drive so you can change the gearing with just a sprocket, and is reliable as long as you do the normal maintenance. if you do not know how to use a clutch you probably should go with the z250. JMO drive each and pick yourself. just ride and be happy knowing that you have a quad and there are many people out there who do and dont have the option too, and always, ALWAYS wear a helmet there is no excuse not to.

dude if you can't get a blaster get the mojave. the 250ex and z250 can't come close to the performance of the blaster or the mojave. The mojave has liquid cooled dohc motor and 11:0:1 compression. What this results in is a faster revving, more powerful motor that won't overheat. It also has more suspension travel than the other 250's. It will beat the other 250's in top speed and acceleration, and you can gear it to go faster or slower with more torque. The other quads use drive shafts. Yuck you don't want that in a sport quad unless you're too lazy to lube the chain once in a while. Since this is the suzuki forum some crazy yahoos are gonna tell you that the z is the way to go. Don't be fooled by them. They might try to tell you that the z is a better overall quad than the mojave or blaster. It isn't. And as far as kick starting goes it isn't hard and it is a more reliable starting system then having to reley on a battery. And driving a clutch is alot more fun than having an auto clutch. Please don't buy a utility quad with sport plastic.

Drag results of these quads
1. Blaster
2. Mojave
3. z250
4. 250ex

For suspension, the Mojave is much stiffer than the others. For racing, the Mojave by far. The EX doesnt have much travel, but has nice suspension, though for racing it may be too soft. The Suzuki, with its shaft, not very tunable, same with the EX. The Suzuki is a great quad though, perfect for trail riding. Id say go with the Mojave for racing, or if youre an agressive rider, remember, its also liquid cooled, a big plus. The Suzuki if your mostly into trails, and the EX if you like to take it easy, you know.... slow. If you have a big wallet, go with the EX and throw on some Elka shocks, exhaust, filter, with those mods, its a great quad. Duncan Racing can make the 250EX a whole different quad.
