Default how much cylinder compression is safe?

Right now my 85 lt250r has about 165 lbs of clyinder pressure, the Zilla has 195, i am looking for some more squeeze out of both of them without spending much. How much cylinder poressure is too much for both of these machines? im willing to run 102 octane, as I have access to it, so is it safe to shave the heads?
