Ok, so I went to check out a 1998 Blaster, the thing sucked so bad. The kid who was the second owner beat the living shat out of the bike. And he and his dad knew nothing about the bike at all. It took 50 kicks to start the bike. The kid who knew nothing about anything, drained the carb. Don't you only do that when you are storing for a long time? The bike just sucked. Then we got the book again and found a 89 LT 250r. We took the hour drive, and we got there the bike was there glistening in the sun. It was a very clean looking bike. We packed it up after the bike started on the first kick.

This bike is fast, the guy got it from his friend and was not sure what have been done to the motor, he knew it was been rebuilt, but was not sure if it have been bored at all. The bike flys. Ill put pics in my picture page today or tomm.

$1,700, and it runs just like new, first or second kick each and every time. New sidewinder chain and sprocket, new tires, and douglas rims all around, new bars, new plastic all around and new seat. it was a steal, ill get pics tomm.

 

sounds like a good deal, just make sure you look over the frame, swingarm, etc for cracks.
