Default My 300' sanddrag times

I raced my Z for the first time this weekend ,and red lighted my first race. Sh!tty.

I raced my banchee about 5 times in the past and ran 5.1 seconds, big power diference.

Anyway I thought I would post my times

1rst time trial-60'=2.185 300'=6.281 speed=46.445 messed up a little on a shift.

2nd time trial-60'=2.178 300'=6.263 speed=46.699

1rst race-60'=2.161 300'=6.245 speed=46.828

Has anyone else ran a sand drag with their quads? what were your times?

I ran my wifes Z (piped and jetted) 300ft Dirt, and my best time was a 5.8 That is with stock gearing I think I can play around with it and get the tunning down and see a mid 5 on it.

My biggest gripe with the Z is that it doesn't like to power shift once you hit the rev limiter. I run it up to the limiter and bang a gear but if you over rev just a little and it hits the limmiter then you can almost count on missing a shift or having to pull the clutch.

4.2 on an alk 580 banshee with a horrible 60' (1.7) at 76mph and a 4.6 on a gas 370 honda with a 1.6 60' at 69mph

Beech... Is that all? I would expect more out of you! J/K

There is a Banshee at the track I run at that is running 4.3 fairly consistently with no alky. Seen him dip to a 4.1 once! It is FAST. I stepped up and ran him in the open class on the rappy LOL I will admit that he had a FEW bike lengths on me.

I have concluded that i am slower than the rest of you. Are there any quads that run in the 6's?

Hey Cueball I have lost an ETA race to a Prarie on my Raptor. LOL I was giving him a little over 2seconds head start though. He was dialing in at a 7.3 and I was dialing in at a 5.1.
