I dont remember exactly off hand, but I did see how to do it a few months back on an old thread. I know if the actuator rod is not moving and is down and the tension is too tight, type zilla in the search and you will find it.

Okay, starting with no tension on the spring (Take the cap off, and make sure)
the cap/**** should be rotated 180 degrees counterclockwise and locked down... easy as that..
You can tinker with it to have the valve actuate at different RPM if you desire..
Per the manual... 180 degrees CCW is the factory setting.
