Default 88lt250r lower end rebuild help

well i pulled the motor today for its lower end rebuild. i wanted to send it to FTZ but shipping it seems to be a pain. so i bring it to my local shop and the 2 guys look it over and tell me it looks OK. i tell them it vibrates my feet pretty good and they tell me all quad racers do that? my question is do all quad racers vibrate? this is my first q-racer and my R never had these kind of vibes. i left the motor there monday they head guy is going to look at it. im really in a bind here i dont want to invest money in a rebuild if its the way its suppose to be. but i dont want it vibrating that much either. NEED HELP FAST.
thanks

All Lt250R's absolutely do not vibrate. From stock to built to the max, the only LT's that vibrate are the one's that are put together wrong or have a bearing on it's way out. There's something specific that has to be lined up correctly during the assembly of the bottom end. I forget exactly what it is, but it will vibrate if not done correctly. I've seen it happen, and corrected.

What was the deal with the shipping hassel?

Bottom ends are shipped everyday through UPS. Get a Rubbermaid container and some good packing material. I think it cost my buddy $25 through UPS. No pallets needed.......

That's the way a friend of mine did it. I'm not sure, but I think FTZ recommended it. He may pop in and correct me if it was his idea..... It worked out great for him, and pretty soon I'll be borrowing his container to send my spare bottom end away for a rebuild.

Get it done and good luck! Again, no vibrations!

Ohe yeah, call whoever you send it to before hand. Decide how far you want to take the engine. If you do FTZ's YZ piston conversion, or LRD's CR piston, I believe you need the rod for those pistons. That will get done when they have your bottom end.

update if anyone cares
just got a call, cases got split, the crank needs a rebuild.
i tore most of it down myself and its still going to come to 425.00 to rebuild ...bummer...
but on the upside the whole motor now will all be rebuilt so hopefully there will be no more problems to deal with there.
works front shocks i won from ebay are on the way got them for 238.00 with CANS not a bad deal i think?
2 weeks for the rebuild so now i have nothing to do but hang out on here hahaha
