Default HELP.........Bogging at low end

Can someone help me with the jetting on my 87lt250r? It seems to be a little boggy at the low end. Im running a Keihin PWK 39 with a K&N Slip on (No Airbox) FMF Fatty Pipe w/Powercore. Does anybody know what the baseline Jetting is to start with? It seems after I ride a little bit the boggyness go away as if it needs to warm up more. I did lower the c-clip to the 3rd Pos. it was all the way to the top.... It mostly does it in 1rst,2nd and some time in 3rd But when you get to the higher gears you do not notice it. I'm thinking the slow speed jet could be a liitle richer?????????????

Thanks........
