I have a '00 LTF-500F Quadrunner. I keep ripping the fenders apart. Most have just broken away from the plastic, but one has ripped pretty good. I've repaired using large washers, but they just keep ripping out. Has anyone else encountered this problem? The bigger fenders are nice to keep you clean, but the get beat up alot. Any suggestions on a plastic repair kit??

 

Hay i have a 2000 suzuki 500quadrunner and this problem, started the day i bought the atv i have torn purtty much allthe fenders,in some place they are very expencive to replace.this fender problem must be pushed on the dealers to repair them under warnety, or send massages to suzukis head office, which i have all ready done.to try tohave some changes made to the design.
