Help---Drum Brakes!

Help---Drum Brakes!
I have a 2001, Suzuki Quadrunner 500. Great Machine, the only problem I have run into is the Drum Brakes. I can't seem to keep back breaks on it. Does anyone have any solutions to what I can do.
