Hey guys I'm looking for some engine mods. Any suggestions? I'm looking to spend around 250-300. I'm on my stock bore with stock carb and cylinder. Running FMF pipe, thats about it. How much would shipping be too? Any advice would be appreciated.

 

You might want to wait till you save up enough money to do what you want to do. $250-300 will
barely cover the shippping and tear down and tech inspection if you send it to somebody.

What you could do for that amount of money you can do yourself. Make sure the quad is mechanically
good, cables, pads, cluch plates, etc. all the wear parts.

If this is all perfect then check your compresssion, if it is down or you just want more for some more power then take your cylinder off bore with a good piston and shave the head a little, you can get the bore done locally and mail order a piston from someplace. Put new gaskets in, a good set of reeds and go riding cause you 250-300 is gone but you will have a perfect more powerful than stock quad.
