Default big bore kits for z

whats the best 440-450 kit for the z400? i hear yoshi is real good but expensive. is wiesco just as good? and how much power and speed gains do u get when u do a 440-450 kit

Kinda puttin' the cart before the horse aren't you? But anyway, are you trying to stay under the 450cc limit for racing?

whats the biggest bore kit out there? i dont have a limit craZ400, im not racing in a certain class.

Well then, I believe Duncan Racing has a 486, don't know the price. Their 470 kit is $2500, but that includes everything you could possibly need, cylinder, head, cams, carb, pipe, and I believe even a beefier clutch. Or CT Racing has a 453 kit for $2000 that looks good, comes with all the above except clutch. CT shows their dyno's being above 50 HP, which is double stock. So it all depends on how much insanity you can afford. I think in the long run I'll eventually get the 470 myself. In a couple of years or so. For now I'm happy with the power I have. But my next base might have more WIDE OPEN spaces.

ive been wondering about this myself. I simply want the most HP i can get out of my kfx. The size of the kit doesnt matter. 450, 453, 470, whatever. Mickey...what is your big bore kit like? Give us some info.

500 is as big as u can go and i hear the best is the 434 (440) i think its a wiseco kit

Sparks...I seen one run that beat 90% of all big bores out there..no joke,makes you wonder what he does to them..
