the z is a great bike, i thought that the extra 50cc's wouldnt make a difference but wow was i wrong, eye watering speed, great handleing, and u'd be amazed at the wheelies u can do on them compared to the warrior.

I'm convinced. The wheelie thing did it for me [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif[/img]. Do ya'll know what the first year was that they fixed the frame problem? Do the 2003's have reinforced frames?

 

No regrets here , I would do it all over again even after knowing about the known probs

Hey trailbreaker, frame was fixed mid 2003, got mine in may and haven't had problem one with the frame.

 

How can you tell if it has the reinforced frame or not?

 

im a twin and soon to be 15. I loaned my bro 1300 to get a 2003 warrior for 3000(awesome deal) and he is paying me back 1445(interest) and by the time i get that i will hopefully have saved the money for a 2004 z. Man i cant wait. He thinks fis quad will beat the z. Hes gonna be pissed when spring 04 rolls around and i kick hia a$s. Im gonna do a bunch of mods-ct pipe, sprockets jetting remove the rev limiter and wire up a dirt bike kill switch as a start button. There is more i cant remember it.
