Im using H1R Synthetic oil but Im not for sure how much oil to put into my 4 gal. gas tank. Also which fuel additive is better Klots ocatane boost, or Maxima or what. If i do use racing gas how much of a bottle do I put into 4 gal. of gas?

Kinda vague arent we. What mixture do you want to run at. 32:1 is 4oz oil to a gallon of gas

Lol, I love this post. I always wondered why it was written to mix 20:1 on a 250r gas tank. I thought it was another kind of measurement in USA since I never heard anybody mixing over 40:1 in here. Everybody I know is mixing their machines 50:1 with klotz. I think I know why they're always blowing up.

I was wondering, is your quad less powerful when you mix it more?

BTW, you won't beleive me. There is a guy at my school mixing 70:1. He rebuilt it and he ran it 100:1 to broke it in. That's a dumbass

I'm another one that runs 50:1 on my zilla. Ran it like that from new. I use half race gas 110 and half 91. Still us CCI oil also. I tried maxima but can't stand the smell so i stuck with the CCI oil. Just make sure you have it tuned right, Jets and fule air. No problems in 24 years. Just my 2 cents.

Default Fuel mixture and tricks

use 112 race fuel mixed with Bel-ray HR1. mixed 46:1. I have found that I g=
et better performance and very low carbon build up. In the motor I use Lucas=
85w trans/diff oil. I in the past used peanut oil mix and GN2. Through the y=
ears I've found it is dirty and is a reason for break downs just my opioion.=
For the last 3 yrs I have only rebuilt bottom end once and was clean inside=
. Top I do every yr no matter what. The only reason I rebuilt full top and b=
ottom was do to I wanted to put a long stroke hotrod crank. But I also tried=
something new like most modern 2strokes they recoat the cylinder insted of p=
ressing new sleeve in. So I put new sleeve in bored .80 over but had the sle=
eve coated after bored. This has made a big difference in performance. Now I=
did the unthinkable *and that was I bought a 2011 fresh off show room floor=
ltz450. It's ok but not what I'm used to but sure is better to putt around o=
n and won't foul plugs from just poking.
