I just got a new Vinson about a month ago and first trial run got mud in radiator and overheated, just wanted to know if anybody has solution to keep mud out of radiator, and what are the two mounting holes for on bottom of radiator.

Default Vinson mud in radiator overheating

I've seen people put screens in front of the radiator to keep the thick stuff out.
I personally have never had mud clog the radiator, but I did put a hole in the hose.

Default Vinson mud in radiator overheating

My 500 HO overheated on one trip due to mud in radiator. Been trying to find a 12 volt medium pressure pump that could put in a strean to flush radiator out. There is a screen in front of radiator but it plugged up too. Could get about 3 miles before light came on again. Was a LOONNNGGGG trip.
