questions on 1990 lt500

hey guys im in the middle of rebuilding my lt500 and i need to know a few things...... 1. what is the torque setting on the top head and lower jug. 2. ring end gap settings. 3. piston to wall settings. thanks guys.

questions on 1990 lt500

on my 87, i made the jug bolts as tight as i could, and the head bolts i looked up the specs in my buddy's book. was about 3 years ago tho, so i can't remember what they are exactly.

questions on 1990 lt500

well im looking at my book now . the head nuts are21.7 foot lbs . and the cylinder bolts are as folloews rear 2 bolts 28.9middle two 28.9 and the front two 8.7 foot lbs same as the nut on the under side .
