gettin off z400 header pipe???????

Default gettin off z400 header pipe???????

how the hell do u get the factory header pipe off of a z400. im about to get the sawsall out of the box. help im desperate and i want to get this thing going tonight...thanks in advance

If your not going to need it down the road then cut it , thats what I did .

You have to remove the thermostat housing and loosen up the fan so you can slide the fan up and the pipe just comes right out.

too late, i already cut off the header pipe...i tried that, wouldnt clear the oil cooler and i was tired of taking apart **** so i cut it and started reassembling. thanks for the quick advice though. iits now done and i cant wait to hear it. what jetting did u use on your stage iv kit?

To tell you the truth, I cant remember. But I did install the jet that I received with my pipe from Trinity with the airbox and filter mod.
