Did you get a reply on this??? I have the same question. I have Z400 with the Team Suzuki yoshi slip on pipe, a uni filter (foam) in place of the stock filter, the noise baffle (black hood) removed from the snorkle, a thunder products TPI (2.5 sq inch) adjustable airbox filtered vent and a Thunder Products Dial-a-Jet. I just returned from Silver Lake Dunes in Michigan (basically at sea level) and I am still having problems with the Z popping and cutting out when doing sand drags. I have the stock 125 jet and the Dial-a-jet set at +1 rich and I think I am still too lean or I am hitting the REV limiter. I know that the Yoshimura web site recommend a 152.5 jet when you use the slip-on pipe and have the airbox lis and snorkle noise baffle removed. I am thinking of jetting up to a 142.5 jet and setting my Dial-a-jet to the middle or normal setting. I am heading to Dumont Dunes in December and need to get this figured out.

you need to change your air intake to get the true benefits from jetting. i run k&n filter no lid, 155 main 125 pilot, fuel screw at 3 turns out(from the all the way in position), and the team suzuki yoshi pipe. i ordered the jet kit from albaaction.com for like 20 bucks.

Thanks, The Dial-a-Jet that I have recommend that you run 3 jet sizes down from what the vendor recommends when you add pipes and modify airboxes as the Dial-a-jet will supply the additional fuel, but can not make it leaner... so based on that I will install a 147.5 main jet and then see how it runs.
Do you have a problem with hitting the REV limiter when doing sand drags now that you have made the airbox and pipe changes?
