There are many places that will make a swingarm for your quad. The vast majority of them use a 250r carrier, but built to your specs. Check this place out

Also, check Tudors, I know they have up to a +8 for the LT500s, and they use the Suzuki style carriers.Leagers makes a swingarm for almost any application, but they can get kinda pricy.
