Default QUADZILLA 500CC 2STROKE????

WHICH IS FASTER AND BETTERAND BEST MODIFIABLE,THE QUADZILLA 500 OR THE BANSHEE TWIN CYLINDER 350?? HORSEPOWER COMPARE AND SPEED PLEASE.

are you joking??? haha well even tho i love yamis, i would have go with the zilla cuz its just all around bad azz...no replacement for displacement [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img] im sure you can mod the shee to be better tho...LOTS of mods for the banshee! JMO

hey i just noticed your name....YFZ450R??? so what is that? I thought the 450R was a honda, and the YFZ was Yamaha? wanna fill me in on why you chose that??

the honda would be either a CRF450 or a CR450 i just decided to put the r on the end like they do with the raptor

the quadzilla has somewhere between 45-50 hp stock while the shee has around 35. the quadzilla tops out at just under 80mph and the shee tops out in the low to mid 70's. the shee is the king of aftermarket mods though but you have to buy 2 things instead of one for motor mods.

I have seen a stock (K@N as only mod) LT500R dyno at 49.4hp at rear wheels. They are good quads for veteran riders, with a strong kick starting foot. They like to be mechanically taken care of, and if you cant fix everything on the quad and know how it works I would not recommend one. Even the newest one you can buy could only be called an old quad. Anyone buying one now should restore and maintain the quad for they are a dieing breed and fewer and fewer are around. The aftermarket for the quad is falling apart with all the new high performance offerings. It doesent matter though, you dont need motor mods other than porting and a pipe to kill the hopes of all but the highly modified.

I ride mine at silver lake, and I cant believe alot of people dont even know what it is....I passed a guy on a raptor when he was topped out, and when we stopped he came over and had a million questions. I guess he had a bit of money into motor mods and was suprised to see someone pass him that easily. I told him it was stock except for the pipe and it was a 500. ( I left out it was ported ) He said he never seen one before. I couldnt beleive that...but then again they look different with cut front fenders...I believe they all should be cut! Seeing a LT with uncut fenders makes me want to run the other way. They look sweet cut, and butt ugly uncut.

I wanted to ask if anyone ever tried the top end pipe made by LRD I believe...It is said to add 10 rear wheel horsepower. I think they are discontinuing that pipe, maybe I can still find one if I hurry...but I dont know how the power would be....I would hate to turn the nice broad powerband of the LT into something like the banshee is. Anyone ever tried one?

hay just recognised the name. yfz450r wernt you the one bashin a 300ex in another forum.callin everyone fagits.man thats gota stopif you dont no the dif between a shee and a zilla

The Zilla is over rated, way over rated. I have yet to find ONE that can even come close to a decent banshee. I do like to hunt them down an humilate them though.. Thats always fun.
