I put a whole seson well most of a seson since I broke my shoulder I havent riden but 1 race but mine held up ok. I did indeed notice a small hairline on the frame and it may not of been anything to worry about but suzuki fixed it for me.

lol gas gas I work at a dealership and as a fellow rider I wouldent lie to you either. its .08 mm thicker and the welds are better. so yes it is stronger it sounds like they dident want to warrenty it for you so really I think they did lie to you.

Oh yeah mine dident crack at the shock mounts either so it really wasent a huge concern to me. its really not that bad Of a crack just wanted to get it taken care of before it was a problem not that I really think it wasne going to get worse Im sure it would have I just wanted to get it taken care of soon. Oh is your quad in warrenty? oh yeah and they wont warrenty anything that has been raced its in your warrenty book so that might be the other reason that they said that , Ive also heard of other people breaking the new frames in mx applications, but then again ive had friends break honda frames and yamaha frames so it can happen to anything.

When welding the frame, dont forget to disconnect the battery and cdi. This is basic "duh" knowledge, but its easy to forget. I should know, the replacement cdi for my raptor cost me almost 300 bucks......

I said it might not of fixed the problem but its an improvement, and also said that ive seen some racers still break the new frames they are thicker and have been improved but maybe your a hardcore racer that rides hard and your frame will break because your a wildman ive seen your pics your hardcore and seem to do well you also have had more problems than anyone else ive talked to so maybe its not the soulution but its an improvement. not saying that the frames dont break because ive heard alot of you say the do but i bet between the z and the kfx our dealership has sold 35-40 zs and not one has come bace with a broken frame? I dont get it maybe ike I said some of us may ride harder than others.
