Z400 JETTING

I JUST PUT A FULL YOSHI EXHAUST SYSTEM ON MY Z400. WHAT JETTING SHOULD I RUN FOR THE SAND DUNES AT GLAMIS? WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO GET THE 4 SCREWS OFF THE BOTTOM OF THE CARB BOWL TO CHANGE THE JET?

I've got just a MBRP slip-on, lid off, snorkel removed, Uni filter w/Outerware and I run a 160 main, about 2 1/2 turns out on mixture screw, and stock pilot at Dumont and the desert and it runs great. I would think it would be the same for Glamis but haven't been there yet. Hope this helps.........
<edit> The screws can be a b%&$h!! I was able to get mine out no problem, but if you strip 'em try slotting 'em with a Dremel and use a flat head screwdriver or something similar. Replace them with Allen heads, much easier......
