I plan to get some shock wears for my quad. Just curious how they hold up to some abuse. I plan on getting them for 40 bucs from rockymtn.atv are they worth the money. Im not trying to protect my shocks , more like hide them.

they will hide your shox for quite a few years, and seem to take abuse relatively well, as long as they dont just sit out in direct sunlight all the time, or leave mud hanging on them.

they will hide your shocks, but when you take them off after leaving them on for a while they will wear your paint off. my buddy just took his shockcovers off his 04' Warrior and there was no paint left on the spring, but they do protect dirt and dust from getting in your shock as easy

also.. if your looking to get shock covers, get the SUZUKI ones for the Z250 out of the catalog or website instead. They are the same size shock covers for the 250r and they look really cool
