250 suzuki wheel lock up
#1
I have a 01 suzuki 250 my front left wheel had locked up. There is no apparent reason and can not find why it happened. Any suggestions? Also does anyone's quad overheats and is hard to start after a long ride?

Well the first thing to do is start pulling things off. If you pull the wheel you will have a better look at the brakes, which could be at fault. Your bearings may have siezed, which also may cause a overheating problem. I'd get the wheel moving, and then I'd solve the overheating before it ruins the motor.

Funny you should mention brakes were having problems with them a month or so ago and had to tighten, I wonder if I over tightened. Any thoughts on if, pulling a 600 Grizzly about 2 miles out of the woods (up and down) might have affected it?? I brought it to a shop (with the Grizzly) they said mine was fine and fixed the swing arm on the Grizzly, but am still a little skeptical that it may have done something to my quad.
