Radiator Tip
#1
If anyone is having trouble with liquid cooled machines overheating like I did, try this: The headlights on the front of a quadrunner/master can be removed and left to hang on each side. Remove the 2 screws from the bottom of the plastic guard and the 2 plastic rivets from the top. Pull the plastic guard out. It is a pain, but it will come out. I bought an adjustable hose nozzle from Wal-Mart and set it to jet. Spray DIRECTLY AT THE FINS. Don't spray at an angle, you could bend the fins. Spray until no water splashes back at you. Suzuki put the fan and fan shroud very close to the back of the radiator. My garden hose didn't have enough pressure to spray through the guard and the radiator. It just pushed all of the mud to the back of the radiator and clogged up the fan. That is why I blew a fuse on the fan...full of mud. You should be able to see through the radiator fins. After you can spray anywhere on the radiator and it doesn't splash back at you, re-assemble and your ready to go. It really helped my quadrunner, hope it helps anyone else with the same problem.
