i have a drip coming from the bottom of my water pump seal on the z400...is it a bad seal?

 

i had the same problem with my '92 lt 250r and I changed my waterpump seal and it still leaks. It only leaks when it is cold though. When I warm it up the leak goes away. I am not going to worry about it. I just have to check the coolant level before each ride.
