My brother rides a 97- 280cc 4x4 KQ,and wants to get a snowplow for his KQ.Question being,does anybody in here have a plow on their KQ?And if so ,where is the best place to order one from?[manual lift,no electic lift needed please]Is installation a tough job?The dealer wants about 750 dollars installed.What a rip off.I got one on the Sportsman with installation for 400dollars.Any suggestions will be helpful and appreciated.Thanks---- BILL

I currently have a 48" plow from Cycle Country. It has a manual lift. I do not know the exact cost do to my purchasing the machine used. I have no problem pushing snow with it. There are times that I would prefer havin the 60" but until this one wears out I will have to wait. For the amount of plowing I do I can't justify the the new blade.

I have also seen the Moose blades as am very impressed with them. The construction seems to be more durable and I like the shape of the blade more. If I remember correctly I think it has 5 positions where the cycle country has 3.

Installation of the blade does not apear to be that difficult. Something anyone who is mechanically inclined could do.
