From what Ive heard, its too cold for them and the paddles can break off....Im not 100% sure on this but it does make sense.

I've heard the same thing. I'm thinking about getting a set of 4-snow's. I've heard pretty good things about them.

CHAINS - I have a set on my raptor and they kick. You have to get them real tight or they will slap your heel guards at higher speed. I let the air out of my tires, put the chains on as tight as I can get them then air the tires up again. Talk about roost. Now all I need is some skis to replace the front tires to keep from plowing.

LET IT SNOW!!!!

I have a set of chains kicking around someplace. Right on the case they say not to going over like 15mph with the on. I wouldn't try it either.

Although with 4wd i dont often need chains i do have a pair i can put on. There is a huge improvement, and if your smart enough to really secure them good then go for it. I put a bunjie across the wheel in the shape of a traingle to help hold them on (at the top loop it through a link and hook the the hooks on oppostie sides) They also do wonders on ice, i put them on my front wheels when it was icy one time and i could steer and move!! big improvement from sliding backwards......

You might give the paddlemasters a ry. They are made to be run on snow and dirt and mud. Otherwise I'd look at Realtors.
