The dealership shouldn’t have sold the quad if it was in that condition. I’ve had my own problems with a dealership and have made the vow to never do business with them again. There will always be people out there that will take advantage of others. If I were you I’d make sure that everyone who asked about your quad or the dealership knew about your troubles. Word of mouth and work wonders!! Good luck.

"5) Since Mr. Cary bought his Quad on 4-16-00 and had not returned our calls over the course of 2 months to schedule an appointment to fix his poblems the last phone call did include a time limit due to the restraints placed on the dealership by the manufacturer"

You have failed to have the facts correct, including but not limited to my name when writing your plea for "Its not our fault". The Name is Dan Carey. Also your parts department had to order the parts, Which took more than 3 weeks, so you couldn't have called me for 2 months as you have stated.
I purchased the Quad on 4-25-2000, that would be 9 days later than you state. Your call with the time ultimatum came on 6-20-2000
So now that the 60 days are long gone, now what?
I'll bet you wish I would just go away.

Mr. Carey, I personally apologize for spelling your name wrong, and you are correct you purchased the unit on 4-26-00 which means that the 60 days were up on 6-26-00, which also means that in order to have them installed in time to meet the deadline we would have had to have your unit in our shop by Saturday 6-24-00 which is when we told you we needed it in here.

Since I am the one who sold you the unit I feel very badly that you consider me a liar - we all have rules to live by and name calling and coarse language do nothing to solve problems

I will be in LC soon, we can at that time discuss the meaning of "liar"
Furthermore this forum is not the place to discuss your interpretation of my post.
The question is now and will be until the quad is fixed. What are you going to do? And when are you going to do it?

I understand your reply -

since we ordered the parts and had them in the shop waiting for you

We fullfilled our part of the transaction and have been waiting for you to call us to complete the whole process

Therefore I felt it neccessary to clear up these facts since you placed them in such a bad light on a public forum

Salesman or politician? I would like a straight answer just 1 time. What are you going to do about fixing my damaged quad?

Dan.. It appears that he is making an effort to solve this disagreement, why don't you just take the Quad in, and get this over with.

Dan,

The dealers looks like he is really "trying" on the customer service issue. Many dealers wouldnot have put forth the effort. They would have quoted some rule or something & sent your parts back to Suzuki.

No matter which type of dealership it is, true customer service is usually just talk & not action.

Hey man, go get your parts & make that quad look new again!
