Well 1 not a chance in he** coulda wee 250ex beat a a banshee not even a fully modded n a bone stock banshee ould still whip its A$$ so the guy who said that is jut standn up for his quad. n idont think u can ge the maual cutch for the 250ex ( but if u can sorri) but it gve the z a little more power f wat f herd n it doesnt need it cuse it can beat the ex neyas (bof stock) look atv action said te z never 1nce passed the ex in the shootout and u kno wat ......... there was a picture of the z way out in font comin ou of a corner so them guys r rite th mags get paid 2 do that

 

i have read in two mags that the ex was faster, handling about the same(zuki usually copies the honda frame) honda shifted better, and was all around the prefered ride. the z250 does not have 9 inch of G.C except at the highest spot and like 5.5 at the lowest spot

 

damn havnt herd any honda guys fight. i think there the same lol who gives a **** at least we honda lovers have the 450r [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img] and there not over rated and yea....who cares what ever one u like its up to the rider. i like the z but i ended up with the honda b/cs of more mods and i just like it not b/c its a damn honda... jeeesssss..

GO FOR THE 250EX. I OWN 1 AND I KILL Z250'S. THE Z250 HAS 2 MPH BETTER ON TOP SPEED BUT IN ACCELERATION THEY EAT DUST.

 

atvguy, Idon't know where you live in bama, but if you can get to Corinth Mississippi at Lake Hill Motors, www.lakehillmotors.com they show leftover 03 250ex's at $2800 out the door, then you pay a 2.5% use tax in AL. I haven't seen any z250 in that price range. That would factor in my decision between the two.

Your friends on their blasters must not be able to ride. I have a 04 blaste and an 04 z250. My blaster can smoke my z250, i mean there not even comparable. BUT, my z250 is a way better ride and trail bike.
