Why are you so confrontational? I never "BASHED" anything. I was just making a point about my opinion of what I've heard of the new king quad. Calm down. I agree that we are all lucky to have so many good machines to choose from and I've chosen the one that is best for me. I do have to admit that DaRiot is right about comparing a modified machine to a stock one. Even if your modified Vinson would pull a stock prairie, a P700 with the same mods would just be that much better than it was stock.

Hey guys not to interupt the fighting. I happen to love my Prairie700, have a 01 Suzuki 500 Quadmaster. The quad master has a better ride when going slow and feels more stable in the rocks, semi independent rear. I am still looking forward to the new Suzuki King Quad. I hope the company that invented the quad and then introduced the first independent rear end, can solve the body roll and tippy feel associated with IRS. Plus I love the idea of EFI no more worry about rejetting for altitude. So I hope suzuki hits another one out of the park. The vinson stomps the 500 class, the z400, the z250 and this is the company that first released a 25o 2 stroke quad than followed it up with the Quadzilla. I think anything they do will push every other company to build us better quads so we all win. Biggest concern for me will be do i trust my wife with the prairie and can I afford to keep the quadmaster and still buy a new KING QUAD. I love the cushy ride of IRS and like the way they step over rocks, but I hate the way they lean in hard corners and how easy they tip on off camber. Thats what made up my mind between the Grizzly and the Prairie. So if Suzuki solves those problems then I will have a new favorite ride.

I don't think the Polaris Sportsman (with IRS) are tippy at all, I've had two, but a Grizzly certainly is.
Grizzlys and Arctic Cats both handle TERRIBLY.
The Kawasaki 700 has a great motor, and a terrible CVT. Must be the most problamatic and most expensive to fix clutch out there. They should borrow a Suzuki clutch for it.
Suzuki will only be selling the Twin Peaks for a very short time. Once the King Quad comes out, the twin Peaks will be gone.
We all have high hopes for the King Quad. I'm sure it will have as much in common with the Grizz as the Z-400 has with, say, a Warrior.
BTW, I have ridden the new EFI Sportsman 700. It is sweet. so sweet.

I will agree the grizz can be a little tippy in the off camber situations, but thats all really the opinion of the rider!!! I ride in tippy situatiosn everyday at the MX track so not a big concern for me! However, offset wheels and tires definately almost solves the tippy feeling!!! But then again its rider preference!!! I like tippy!! LOL!
