just got the new atv action mag this month and was extremely disappointed and the honda biased statements in the shootout between the Z250 and the 250EX. They totally bashed the Z and made up bogus statements. they had a picture of the two quads standing up beside each other to show the skids and in the caption which had nothing to do with skidplates they tried to say"notice how the handa has a slightly narrower front end which is a much sportier design" What the heck man do u guys agree with the saying that narrower front ends are sportier? O thats right that is why they make aftermarket a-arms longer to WIDEN the front end for more stability. Go and read it then compare it to what the other mags say. WOW i feel better!

 

i feel the same way you do. In all the z250 tests before all the mags loved this quad. They said it looked better,better handling and more speed. In all the shootouts,its totally different. Money Talks.

 

Hey, if they had picked the Z, you would be reading the same comments, just that they would be in the Honda forum instead. These bikes are pretty close, and when they are, the differences come down to little, nit-picking things. Just go ride!

hey GTFZ250, i know EXACTLY what you mean. They did the same thing in DirtWheels. They just look at something and try to make it sound bad. DW said "The 250ex's reverse is located on the brake lever but on the Z250 you have to reach all the way to the **** located on the right fender and then you have to turn it-- omg its so terrible the 250ex is so much better" that is almost exactly what they said and theyre so dumb. You know when they do stuff like that they are being payed more than honda. Also i have ridden both plenty enough times to know that all the good stuff they said about the honda was meant for the Z.
