locker actually works, no disengagemnt, but you cannot really feal it is there in hard 4x4 turns. it is amazing the mudding and rock crawling abilities.

for example. go to a big single rock as tall as the tire, try and drive over it in 4x4 you wont, make sure the rock is really big and round, not slopeing. i tryed it before and after on mine. i have 26" tires, what i did was that, well guess what could no make it over, well then tryed it with the locker, and true 4x4, i can't belive it i love it, and on 4x4 on pavement the wheels do release as avertised, id say get it, it took me 3hrs to install with air tools, and a friends help. not to bad.
