i have a standard Z400 with a full Duncan racing Fat Boy 4 exhaust and jetting and a K & N induction kit, but it is still too slow, what do i need to do to make it go faster withiout spending too much cash.


any help???

Hmmmm, I have similar set up but with
LRD pipe. Beat a piped jetted paptor in 300ft. You might want to tweek your eset up a bit . I just changed my needle position and adj.my air screw and got more. next is port and polish and cam.

 

I was also going to change both cams, as i ride both MX and enduro over here in the UK

what jets are you running and what did you do with the needle?

Yea, I just moved the washer from the top of the clip too the bottom, to raise the needle. Im also at 1400 ft. elev. 180 main jet. 3 1/2 out on air screw.do you do your own work?.

 

you can get a 440 kit for it, but its gonna cost you for a good one. by it i will be fast..trust me.

 

Yeah i do do my own work, i also service a mates Z440. so as you can imagine, i want mine to be faster than his [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img]
