I'm looking for a swingarm skid plate for the Zilla.. Not too thrilled with what DG has to offer.

Anyone know anything??

 

the Dg one is the best one out there.....i think white bros makes one to... WHatever you do dont buy an amadillo swing arm skid (they sux)

 

You can also go with a PRM-ATV skid too.

The skid plate showed up today. Nice piece! Its pretty heavy 1/4'' plate.

 

I have prm on both my zillas. They work great

I just finished my zilla rebuild up. I have a lonestar swing arm, the best skid plates I have found are prm. They can be contacted at prm-atv.com. Check them out, I had to use a 1985-86 quadracer 250 skid. I'm up in the northeast and the rocks and nasty I have beaten on these plates on various machines over the years.

How well has the chain slider held up on your skids? Looks like the chain could get into the rivets pretty quick,
unless that nylon is tuff stuff. We'll see.

 

The nylon on the skid is pretty tough stuff, it lasted 3 years on my machine before I tore the machine down. If you ever see the stuff TM design makes it is the same material.
