Lt 230 jetting

i have an '86 Lt230s squadsport (manual clutch). i puchased a cobra pipe about a month ago. when i put it on, it seemed like i didn't need to re-jet it, well im woundering, if i put a K&N Air in in will i need to re-jet? my friend has the same as me but Lt230e he said he put the Dg pipe on and a K&N and he said he had to re-jet just when he put the K&n in. Please help.

he man i got a ? for you, how come people put banshee hubs on the 230's.
and my second is do you have a big bore kit, or just a overbore piston and rings, i.e. weisco
i belive you will need to rejet, remember you are lettin the motor breathe better and to compensate for that it will need more fuel.
