I have a 1986 quadracer 250 that i am going to race mx on this summer, what's the best front shocks?

 

An 86 is not a good choice for mx. You'd definitely need a-arms and longer shocks just to be in the ballpark. If you want to hit the doubles, you better beef up that frame.

I love my 86 and it's a blast to ride, but it's got it's limitations.
