Default manual say's to make sure the hash marks and the stud marks are even on chain adjustment where are the stud marks?

I am trying to get my axle straight, I have the hasmarkets lined up but the adjusting studs are off about 2 or 3 threads maybe more. I am going crazy i just want it straight. thanks
P.S it is a 03 Z400
