how did u make ur jump only with dirt or did u add any thing else

well I should have said I do not have a jump for quad's but how is the best way to make one, How do i hit it with the quad, and how fast? I am new to jumping quad's.

dont let go of the throttle or else youll nose dive hard.keep good throttle troughout the jump.

There is a nice riding 'how to' at http://www.e-dirt.co.za and then click on the "Tips & Tricks" just below the yamaha banner at the top of the page. Click on the 'Quad' sections. I found it quite informative. Nice website too.

I jump mine everyday and the best way to do it is hold the throttle all the way through the jump like he said^ and then land and absorb the landing

Smity,
I live in Pa. also and have gone to rausch creek and jumped it alot . They have 9 tracks and alot of trails, I was doubling and jumping small tripples with no problem . It also handles whoops pretty good too !

i have a z250 and mine jumps fine. i jump about 30ft jumps no problem! i only jump them in third gear#

jumping is really something that you need to practice at, start by going slow and then faster and faster each time, untill you can nail the jump at speed, and really fly, asakfari whats with all of the "yep" replys?
