Today i hit a rock and the rock went right through my skidplate covering the shaft. Took the drainage plug and have the threads right out, not to mention all the oil in the shaft. I should have got a mojave, faster,better suspension,liquid cooling,manuel clutch,chain drive.

 

And HEAVY!

 

the same thing woudl have happened to the mojave. WOuld have broken the cahin. IT is also more expensive and has harsher suspension. Not that its bad or anything. Besides y would we care if u like it or not.

 

its like 200 more dolars and it would be either that or a blaster. at least i have something to ride.

 

Sounds like more of a freak accident if anything!

Should of got some different skid plates. With the skidplates on mine I can ride and slide over just about anything. I've got the DG skids covering my drive shaft and I've hit a few rocks pretty good and it doesn't even have a ding in it.

 

You should run aluminum skid plates or ride very carefully in the rocks. You are right, a Mojave will smoke your Z250 and as far as weight goes that one guy is wrong. They are very similar in weight.

 

The Mojave is way under rated, if you buy after market suspension it is a killer Quad easy to build a 50hp animal for under $2500,...I did. I don't know to much about the suzie 250 so I won't comment on it, enjoy what you got and have fun thats what it's all about! [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img]
