Any tips/info on how to install piston circlips on a lt250r. Almost seems impossible to compress
the clip and get it into the groove.

first cover the crank case with some paper towels. You don't want to lose it in the crank case. Second place one end of the circlip into the groove. Next try to get the other end of the circlip in as well. Try rotating the one end that is in the groove until you are in a good posisition to get the other end in. Next use a screwdriver to push the rest of the circlip in the groove without the circlip falling out. Also try not to scratch the piston up with the screwdriver too much.
