ive seen one realy cheep, looks like its in need of a little TLC,

this old skool obsesion is getting out of hand, i know i should get a Z400 realy,

 

you silly bugger, go for it and get the zilla!!!!! you can't honestly compare a Z400 to a zilla, a zilla is like a 500hp big block musclecar, a Z400 is like your grandma's new Citroen! You can't honestly compare the two!

Zillas are getting rarer, but no manufacturer is making anything that is anywhere near as exotic or fast as it today, or ever again in the future! Don't let it pass you by!

Not to mention a properly restored Zilla is one of the best looking quadbikes ever designed!!!!!

Howabout you buy the zilla and ship it over the pond for me so I can take good care of her?! :b

 

Although the 500 IS a beautiful specimen, I would reccomend a Z. Now I'm not saying your Quadzilla is GOING to break, but I know I'd sure love a nice reliable, BRAND NEW Suzuki sitting in my garage next to my 250, just in case. Wouldnt you like one next to your 500?

the irony is i havent got my second one any more things were looking a little tight at christmas and id promised my kids a quad each so i did a swap for the second one for a polaris scrammy 50 and an suzuki lt50, did well out of it realy cos i had seized the engine,

no pics as yet and the original zilla is back in the shop having the RX engine job done,

new swinger lands on monday then i just need to get my shocks sorted and ill be ready to race,

i havent subscribed yet, luckily i saved the RX thread and printed it to give to the guys at the shop who are getting the work done for me,

think ill do it tonight,

im working of one of the templates the Doc sugested for someone else,


i just need to get some specs for the inserts and there ready to get started,

the Atv dealers i deal with are realy good chaps, the mechanic is doing the physical rebuilding of the engine but they dont have the facilities to do the machinig, i know nothing about engine tuning so by using them as a sort of middleman they can explain things too the engineers and know what there talking about to get the machining done

should work out quite reasonable the mechanic has a friend whos an experienced tuner he works in an engineering shop with cnc machines and his boss lets him do his tuning work while the machines are going otherwise hes stood around with nothing to do while the machines are working away, and if the machines are free he can make use of them,


one thing id like to do is find somewhere with a big enough lathe to turn a titanium axle for me,
