Does ANYONE know where I could find a reed cage/valve stock or otherwise for an 87' lt250r. For some wierd reason, they're totally different than 85-86 and 88-92, and it doesn't appear that fmf, v-force, boysen make a reed cage for this thing. I'm pretty much out of order untill I can find something! If anyone knows anywhere to find one, or something that will substitute, let me know.

P.S. If anyone has something that will work, I'll trade you an 88-92 rad valve for it.
(yah, thats right, had to find out the hard way)

 

Try eBay first, theres a chance you may find one there.

 

Finally found one, incase anyone else was wondering. It looks like Duncan Racing makes a pyramid reed cage for it, and Mossbarger Racing makes one as well. I went with the mossbarger because it was over 50 bucks cheaper, and seems to have a good rep.
