A buddy of mine wants and exhaust for his 400 he was looking at the alien exhaust and header pipe is anybody know anything about this pipe? I saw in another post you recomend the CT pipe it also won the pipe shootout,. He doesn't have to get the head pipe also? He doesn't race just trail rides he needs a pipe that is not to loud. THanks For the help

alien pipe, two thumbs down. I see people like to quote peak numbers for pipe (ct). First of all peak numbers does not win races unless your racing on top end(desert, dunes etc) the pipe with the better average wins. 2 we don`t race dynos. Tell your buddy to get an HMF or curtis sparks with spark arrestor.

 

if he wants a trailriding exhaust that is quiet, the alien is not that pipe, they are loud. If you want a quiet, good gains slip on, either the Ct, or white bros pipes would be good choices.
