Default Pricing a used LT250

I have the opportunity to buy a 1994 LT250 for $1500, the engine has been rebuilt, and it has new Kenda Bearclaws all the way around, I havent had a chance to look at it yet, but am wondering if i am wasting my time or if its a decent deal, also is there anywhere that i can find some pictures of one and maybe some info, like the manufacturers data ????

There certainly are 94 LT250's. They are 4 stroke quadrunners or LT-F250, They stopped making 2 stroke LT250R's in 92.

I dunno the low displacement 4 strokes are pretty weak, especially the older ones , I have a old honda 250ex and it's pain in the a** in the dunes, just not enough power, you might find yourself wanting more, which is the opposite of what I like, I like being scared to open them up, more fun that way.
Good Luck

Don't know how much quad runners go for, but you can get a decent 85-86 racer for about $1500 and that will be much faster. The mojaves were the only 250 four stroke that had some power, but they're still slower than any 250 2 stroke.
