i was wonderin how u get your baffle of a stock Z-250? i wanted to see how it sounds.

Just take the screw out of the bottom at the end of the muffler and pull it out. It will probably take some prying and twisting but it will come out.

 

will it do anything bad to my Z if i ride with it like that? or do i need to put it back on?

 

I've rode with mine like that a few times but it runs lean with it out so....... just to be safe i'm gonna leave it in until I rejet it. thats what I'm workin on right now. It does sound good without the baffle in though.
