I was just wondering if anybody had an '85 Suzuki 250 2WD. Ours is getting quite old and has seen better days. About the only thing that is wrong with it is that it seems like the clutch is starting to slip. It'll rev up the engine but it doesn't go anywhere and the tires don't spin. I think it's the clutch slipping, does anybody know what it could be?

Are you asking about the LT250R or is it a utility?

 

maybe your clutch plates are worn and that could cause them to slip. They may need to be looked at or replaced.

 

I would think it would be the clutch also.
